The Waterloo Regional Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance for information that will help investigators locate the following individual wanted on warrant.
Robin Matthew TOBIN – 23 years
On March 26th 2013, police allege that the accused assaulted and threatened his ex-girlfriend. Warrants have been issued for assault, threats, breach probation, fail to comply recognizance, and fail to attend court for the charges of theft under and possession under.
