11:00am- Gary Grant, National Spokesperson for the National Coalition Against Contraband Tobacco, Re: NCACT are in Kitchener today and will be surveying people throughout the day at various locations, including the Go Station, Downtown Kitchener, and City Hall. Anti-contraband “street teams” will be asking passersby’s their opinions on the province’s contraband tobacco problem.
