Gold medals for Waterloo’s Brick Brewing

Kudos all the way from Belgium for Waterloo-based Brick Brewing.

Its Waterloo Dark, IPA and Amber beers will all be receiving gold medals from Monde Selection.

Monde Selection is the internationally acknowledged standard for product excellence in many consumer goods categories, including brewing.

“These gold medals for Waterloo Dark, IPA and Amber are the result of a lot of hard work by our brewing team” offered Russell Tabata, Chief Technical Officer, Brick Brewing. “When we decided a few years ago to re-establish our roots as Ontario’s original craft brewer, every one in the company made a commitment that our success would depend entirely on the relative quality of our beers. Gold medals across the board suggest our hard work is paying off.”

“This is an extraordinary accomplishment for our brewing team that was unwavering in its pursuit of extraordinary, expertly crafted beers. On behalf of every beer drinker in Ontario who enjoys a Waterloo beer this summer, I want to thank the Waterloo brewing team for these truly great beers.” praised George Croft, President and CEO.
