Open/Closed Easter weekend

There are a number of closures and service disruptions this Easter long weekend.

Most stores are closed Good Friday and Easter Sunday, including the big malls:
Fairview Park, Conestoga and Cambridge Centre.

There is shopping in the village of St. Jacobs with many businesses open both Good Friday and Easter Sunday.

Beer and liquor stores are closed Good Friday and Easter Sunday.

Public libraries in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge are closed Good Friday and Easter Sunday.

There is bus service in the Region both Good Friday and Easter Sunday, but Grand River Transit is operating on a Sunday schedule both days.

There is regular trash pick up on both Good Friday and Easter Monday.

There is no mail delivery Good Friday and Easter Monday.

City halls in the tri-cities are all closed Good Friday and Easter Monday.
