Daylight Saving Time is here!

Daylight Saving Time has arrived, which means you should have turned your clocks ahead by one hour when you turned in last night.

It’s another sign spring is on the way but it also leaves us catching up on sleep, since we lost an hour with the shift.
Web Life Editor at Yahoo! Canada, Justine Melman says there are things you can do to make the transition from Standard Time more bearable.
She tells 570 News it doesn’t hurt to go to sleep a little earlier and grab a short nap.
She says the time change is also a sign of better weather ahead, so it wouldn’t hurt to take advantage of the extra hour of sunlight by getting outside, soaking up the rays and getting some exercise.
