Goodbye February, Hello March

Environment Canada Senior Climatologist David Phillips says temperatures were about a degree below normal this month and there were three days when the temperature dipped to below minus 20.
He tells 570’s Gary Doyle Show, computer models looking ahead to March suggest it will be a more pleasant month.
He says they expect normal temperatures and below average precipitation.
However, he warns not to put away the snow shovel just yet pointing out we typically get about 15% of our annual snow fall after March first.
