3:30pm – Region of Waterloo Call Centre

The region is spending nearly $5.9 million in a bid to deal with frustrated callers to the municipality.

In 2014 the region will launch the Service First Call centre. It’s an attempt to help get callers the answers they need faster and free up staff time.
