WRPS remind about wanted man

Waterloo Regional Police are reminding the public to be on the lookout for Michael Fortune.

The 18-year-old Kitchener man is wanted on assault charges after an incident at a home on Talbot Street on December 3, 2012.

Two adult females were attacked with a hammer, and sustained face and head injuries.

They were treated in hospital for serious but non-life threatening injuries.

Fortune is black, 6′ 3″ with a heavy build, 230 pounds, black hair and brown eyes.

If you see him, do not approach him, and call the police or Crime Stoppers immediately.

Fortune is wanted on warrant on charges of aggravated assault, assault causing bodily harm, two counts of assault with a weapon, breach of probation, and forcible confinement.
