3:00pm – Lance Armstrong
The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency says 11 of Lance Armstrong’s former teammates testified against him in its investigation of the cyclist, revealing “the most sophisticated, professionalized and successful doping program that sport has ever seen.” Some say they were intimidated by Armstrong into the doping ring. The anti-doping group released a report on its case against Armstrong – a point-by-point roadmap of the lengths it says Armstrong went to in winning seven Tour de France titles USADA has ordered taken away. He still maintains his innocence do you believe him? If every athlete is doing it, isn’t the playing field level? Does this take away from all his work with cancer research?

3:30 – Teachers take their case to court
Public school teachers in Ontario plan to launch court action today to challenge the Liberal government’s legislation that imposes a contract and takes away their right to strike for two years. Unions representing teachers and school support workers plan a news conference outside a Toronto courthouse to talk about their challenge of the law that freezes wages for many of them. The unions say Bill 115 strips teachers of the right to bargain collectively and sets a dangerous precedent for similar legislation being proposed for the broader public sector. But Education Minister Laurel Broten says the government is confident the legislation is constitutional.
The unions have written an open letter to Ontario Residents.
