“If it smells funny, it probably is, just delete it.”….that advice from Tech Expert Carmi Levy….
As hackers launch a new round of what he calls “socially engineered attacks”.
This time you may get a direct message through Twitter, that looks like it’s from a friend, when in reality, it’s a hacker.
Levy says if you’re unsure….don’t open any links. That’s how hackers infect your computer.
And he says if you already have, you’ll need to run a program to remove the malware.
