Walk to beat Parkinson’s this weekend

It’s a big weekend in the fight against Parkinson’s Disease.
Some 14,000 people are expected to take part in the annual SuperWalk from coast to coast.
It’s the Parkinson Society Canada’s largest national fundraiser, last year raising close to $2.8-million.
Local walks this weekend include the one in K-W today at Victoria Park in Kitchener.
The walk for Cambridge is tomorrow at Riverside Park.
The daylong event runs from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
