No one injured in Friday fire

A Cambridge home is pretty much written off, sustaining $500,000 in damage in a fire on Friday.

The fire department was called around 5:00 in the afternoon, to Ploughmans Crescent, which is around the corner from Myers Road and Water Street.

Acting Platoon Chief Martin Mills tells 570 News one person was home, and got out safely.

The cause is going down as undetermined, and is not considered suspicious.
