10am – A report today states almost half of all Ontario high schools are still charging students course fees, despite guidelines introduced by the province last fall telling them not to. 10:30 – We often hear about misleading energy sales at the door. Active Energy agents, for example, promised to help reduce some people’s gas bills and put through extra charges instead.
