10:00am- GUEST: Steve Krysak – Open Streets UpTown Waterloo Marketing & PR. Open Streets, overseen by a community board and funded with seed money from the city and the downtown business association, are in. Apparently there are several changes from the four car-free events held last year. 10:30am Several different issues have happened over the last couple of weeks on the 400 series highways, 2 on the 401 in our region, 1 on the 400 on the Friday of a long weekend, closing the highways…and motorists wait for hours until the lanes are open. Why can’t we figure this out? When there is a closure there has to be a way to get around it.
