NDP leader in studio

It’s still anyone’s guess when a by-election will be called in the provincial riding of Kitchener-Waterloo.
But that hasn’t held off party leaders from getting here to get their message out.
NDP Leader Andrea Horwath was in studio this morning, on 570’s Jeff Allan Show.
She says they are looking at potential candidates; knowing Elizabeth Witmer has left big shoes to fill.
Horwath is also at Grand River Hospital today. Wanting to make a point that health care cuts can’t affect patients.
She says she doesn’t want to see cutbacks of front line workers, like nurses. And she wants the premier to work out a deal with doctors.
Horwath is also touring University Plaza in Waterloo.
