A huge congratulations to our news team here at 570 News for winning three Regional Awards in the RTDNA Edward R. Murrow competition in the U.S.
570 took the Best Newscast, Best Website and Overall Excellence in the Region 14 category.
That puts us in the run for the national competition which will be decided at a later date.
Criteria for the Murrow judging is based on content, creativity and execution.

Goderich tornado coverage, Listowel firefighters, RIM series, suicide series, and fatal helicopter crash
Best Website
Goderich tornado, fatal helicopter crash, Provincial Election 2011, and the Elmira maple syrup festival
