10:00 Cycling committee shares priorities Kitchener’s cycling committee shared its list of 2012 priorities with city council outlining the plan to promote cycling as a “preferred” and environmentally responsible method of transportation. The top priorities include a safety upgrade the railway crossing on the Ion Horse Trail near the entrance to Vic Park; trail link repairs on Wilson; and the construction of new cycling lanes on Nyberg & Margaret Ave. Who is paying for this? 10:05 GUEST: Ron Schirm – City of Kitchener Supervisor of Crossing Guards Question: What do you think?
