Any number of community things goes a long way to becoming a good qualifier for Citizen of the Year,” he explains.
Bishop says the nomination should include a written application and possibly letters from others in the community. You can submit your nomination by mail, in person or online.
The winner will be presented at a gala event on May 3rd at the Waterloo Inn.
