9:00am An international panel is urging Harper to reconsider Canadian post prohibition. The commission argues that first-hand experience globally has shown that violent, illegal markets are the inevitable result of pot prohibition and CAN’T be fixed with tougher laws. Question: Should we decriminalize/legalize or make the sentences tougher when it comes to pot?
