Freezing Rain Warning

Waterloo Region and much of southern Ontario is under a Freezing Rain Warning this morning.
Environment Canada says a system, moving up from the States, is already dumping precipitation in southwestern Ontario: a mix of snow and freezing rain.
570 News weather specialist John Wilson says the problem is the precipitation is coming as warmer air arrives, but not before the temperature climbs above freezing.
He expects a short period of freezing rain this morning before the temperature climbs above zero.
