Fraud charges laid

Regional Police have laid charges in several fraud incidents involving LCBO’s through-out Kitchener.

Police credit the watchful eyes of LCBO employees in preventing losses to the stores, and police were able to quickly arrest the suspect.

A 19-year-old Toronto man was held for a bail hearing and faces a string of related charges, including five counts of possession of fraudulent credit cards.

The fraud branch continues to investigate.
