9:00am Waterloo has approved a revised downtown rail route. Councillors seem to have swallowed misgivings about the plan. Local Rep’s who were once dead against a spur line next to the Waterloo Square, have now approved it! Many Councillors refused to vote because of a ‘conflict of interest’.
