10:00am A Liberal MP wants to see speed limiters put on all new vehicles. Jim Karygiannis reintroduced the bill after a deadly speed racing crash in Scarborough over the weekend. The bill would force automotive manufacturers to install speed limiters on all new vehicles. Speeds would be capped at 150km/h.
