9AM Rethinking Roundabouts?

9:00am City Planners across the country are rapidly adopting roundabouts as their preferred means of traffic control. Hamilton, Waterloo Region, Halifax and Montreal all have new roundabouts. They might be great for controlling traffic but they scare pedestrians to death! Guest: Peter Shawn Taylor, Editor-at-large for Maclean’s Magazine.
