11:00am Mexico has been looking at a new marriage idea. They’re deciding whether or not temporary 2-year marriage licenses would take the pressure off a couple tying the knot. If the marriage isn’t working out, it just expires. That way couples aren’t involved in a messy divorce. It it is working well, the license can be extended.
