9AM Tasering Teens…Yes or No?

9:00am High School students in London, Ontario are claiming police brutality after a teen was shot by a taser as an officer attempted to break up a fight. The incident was recorded on cell phone and later posted on YouTube. In the video a police officer runs towards the teens and fires a stun gun. One of the youths drops to the ground, dazed and limp.
