10:00am Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is expected to formally ask the United Nations to recognize a Palestinian State as a full member of the world today, despite opposition from the United States and Israel. Mr. Abbas will submit the statehood bid today to U.N. Secretary Ban Ki-Moon. Question: Is it time for a Palestinian State to be recognized by the U.N. and the world?
