Police Roundup

Waterloo Regional Police were kept busy this weekend — as students were out in force — having one last party weekend before the school year gets underway.

Police say they were ‘steady’ all night long and were busy ‘keeping order and making sure everyone was safe.’

Police say there were no major incidents; a few minor assaults, and public intoxication.

Meantime, Guelph Police were kept busy too, laying charges against 12 adult men, 1 woman and one young offender for a variety of charges, including public intoxication.
