Early yesterday morning Waterloo Regional police witnessed 2 young males attempting to enter vehicles in the Hickory and Hazel of Waterloo.

Regional Police stopped the youngsters and found stolen property that belonged to residents. The 2 youths face several charges including theft under $5000 and possession of stolen property.

Regional police would like to remind residents to keep their homes and vehicles locked.
