Stanley Cup in Guelph

It’s an NHL tradition: players on the winning Stanley Cup team get to bring hockey’s biggest prize to their hometown for one day during the off season. Today, it’s Rich Peverley’s turn.

The Boston Bruins forward will be in Guelph today, Cup in hand.

Fans can swing by the Sleeman Centre at one o’clock.

While you’ll be able to check Stanley out, you likely won’t get close enough for pictures or be able to hoist it.
