GPS Sex Offenders

Progressive Conservative leader Tim Hudak is standing by his statement.
If elected in the fall, Hudak will place a GPS on each of the near 14-thousand sex offenders in the province.
It’s part of the PC Platform, after they did extensive research leading up to the election and Ontarians pointed to it as a priority.
He says that it’s a way of keeping our children safe.
Elizabeth Witmer, the Conservative MP for Kitchener-Waterloo, was on 570′ Gary Doyle Show and said that in no way is it taking away one’s freedom, who has already done their time. She said that it would keep track of where each sex-offender is, because right now no-one knows where they are and the people of Ontario don’t want them near public schools or playgrounds.
