Canada Day Closures

Canada Day means the usual collection of closures and service disruptions.
Shopping is limited with many stores and businesses closed today including Cambridge Centre, Fairview Park and Conestoga Malls. Beer and liquor stores are also closed.
There is bus service, but Grand River Transit is running on a Sunday schedule.
If today is your normal day for garbage collection make sure it’s out at the curb: it’s business as usual for that service.
And there’s no shortage of things to see and do today beyond the fireworks.
Among the attractions that are open today are the Kitchener-Waterloo Art Gallery, THEMUSEUM, Joseph Schneider Haus and the Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory.
