More than twice the limit

A Kitchener man has had his driver’s licence suspended and his motorcycle seized after allegedly being nabbed for travelling at more than double the speed limit in Perth County.

OPP say they clocked a bike going 177 kilometres an hour on Perth Line 20 late yesterday morning.

The speed limit is 80.

The motorcycle was eventually pulled over in front of Downie Central School.

A 47-year-old man is charged with racing a motor vehicle.
