Police are asking for the public’s help in an assault investigation from last month.
The afternoon of May 18th, police responded to New York Pita on King Street West in Kitchener.
Police say one of three men who entered the restaurant to buy food threw a pop can at an employee and then walked behind the counter and assaulted the man.
The employee was treated for minor injuries.
Suspect one – White, stocky build, moustache, goatee and shaved head with tattoos on both biceps and wore glasses. He was dressed in a black concert-style t-shirt.
Suspect two – Southeast Asian, wearing a
brown coat with black chin length hair.
Suspect three – White, brown hair, and
wearing a camouflage hat and blue wind breaker.
All three suspects were in their mid to late 30’s.
