Vision TV rolls out a new comedy tonight and its cast includes a local actor.
“She’s The Mayor” is about a 64-year-old woman who runs for mayor of a small town and wins.
Janet-Laine Green stars as Iris Peters and her son, Stanley, is played by Kitchener’s own Paul Constable who still lives with her and seems to conjure up a new “get rich quick” scheme every day.
Here’s a preview…
Constable, who is an alumni of Toronto’s Second City, has also made TV appearances on such shows as Little Mosque on the Prairie, The Ron James Show and Dan For Mayor.
