High Water Safety Bulletin

The Grand River Conservation Authority has issued a High Water Safety Bulletin because of mild temperatures and rain over the next couple of days.

About 25 millimetres of rain is expected to fall tomorrow.

The GRCA says the melting snow, combined with heavy rainfall will cause rivers to rise and it’s once again reminding parents to keep kids and pets away from the slippery river banks.

It says municipal flood coordinators are ready to respond if flooding develops.
