GA GA over Gaga

TORONTO – Perhaps she could be known as Lady Aragon.

Lady Gaga shared the spotlight with 10-year-old Winnipeg girl Maria Aragon last night during her concert in Toronto.

Gaga invited the YouTube singing sensation onstage for a duet of her latest song “Born This Way” in front of the roaring crowd at the Air Canada Centre.

With an orange stuffed monkey slung around her neck, Aragon hugged Gaga tightly then sat on her lap at a black grand piano, taking the lead on vocals.

Gaga was emotional after the duet, saying Maria represented what the song is all about — the next generation and the future.

Maria returned to the stage later in the show for a second performance of “Born This Way,” strutting to the front of the stage hand-in-hand with Gaga.

The multiple Grammy winner and her dancers swarmed Maria for a group hug and then they all took a final bow together.

Maria shot to Internet fame after Gaga saw a You Tube video of her singing Born This Way and posted a link to it on Twitter.

She’s been on a whirlwind media tour ever since and her video now has more than 17- (m) million views.
