Former Kitchener Ranger Boris Valabik has been traded to the Boston Bruins.

The Bruins also get Rich Peverley. Blake Wheeler and Mark Stuart head to Atlanta.

Boston’s biggest deal of the day involved landing D Tomas Kaberle from the Leafs for
prospect centre Joe Colborne, a first-round draft pick and a conditional pick.
