Chilly dip!

About 160 students at Conestoga College in Kitchener took the plunge over the noon hour today for the United Way.
The goal for the 30th annual Polar Plunge was to raise $8,000, in 2010, $7,500 was donated.
Even the co-host of the KIX 106 Morning Show, Bill Hart went for a chilly dip.
Hart says once he got under the water, it wasn’t near as bad as he thought it would be.
First year student, Mark Hobson dressed up as Superman to take the plunge and also says it wasn’t all that cold.
The event has been gaining popularity; last year there were only around 80 students taking part.
