The 30-year-old man accused of first-degree murder and kidnapping in the death of Woodstock native Tori Stafford will be in court for pre-trial motions Monday.
A publication ban prevents details from court about the case from being released publicly.
The Grade 3 student was abducted as she left her school on April 8, 2009.
Twenty-year-old Terri-Lynne McClintic and Michael Rafferty, were charged more than one month later.
Tori’s remains were found in a field. Last April, McClintic, pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in Stafford’s death. But, she can apply for parole under the faint hope clause after serving 15 years.
