Two pets die in fire

Waterloo Regional Police say a house fire in Cambridge Monday afternoon has left two pets dead.

The fire happened around 1:30 at a home on Second Avenue.

The cause is being investigated and no damage estimate is available yet.

All of the home’s occupants have been accounted for.
