Like it was on Sunday, it’s another bone-chilling morning across southern Ontario.
Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for much of the province including Waterloo Region and the surrounding area. It warns temperatures in some areas could bottom out in the -20 to -25 range.
However, it will warm up slightly here. 570 News Weather Specialist John Wilson is calling for a guaranteed high of -3 today with sunny periods before clouding over this afternoon.
