If you have a sweet tooth for cake then don’t miss celebrity baker Buddy Valastro’s upcoming performance at the Centre in the Square. The star of the TLC show “Cake Boss” will appear in a second show on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at 4:00 PM.
“Cake Boss”, which is in it’s third season on TLC, continues to serve up mouth watering episodes filled with hilarious Valastro family moments. Carlo’s Bake Shop, where Buddy and his Italian family make their mouth-watering desserts, celebrated its 100th anniversary this past summer.
The master cake-maker will be on stage to serve up stories from behind the scenes of his famous bakery. Buddy will demonstrate techniques that have made him one of the most successful cake artists in the country and share tips on how to be the cake boss in your own kitchen. He’ll also take questions from the audience during the interactive show.
Buddy will even invite some lucky audience members to decorate cakes alongside him onstage. It’s sure to be a sweet treat for people of all ages.
