Waterloo Regional Police charged just two people with impaired driving during their Festive RIDE program.
The numbers for 2010 were released this afternoon.
Five people were charged with having a blood alcohol content of over 80mg.
That compares to six in 2009 and nine the year before.
Police also issued 13 three-day licence suspensions, which is down five from last year.
They checked over 86-hundred vehicles and conducted 65 roadside tests.
