Cambridge native coaching Storm

The Guelph Storm are turning to a Cambridge native in hopes of turning around their fortunes this season.

The OHL team has hired 37 year old Scott Walker as its new head coach.

The Storm’s former bench boss Jason Brooks was fired last week.

Walker is a former Owen Sound Plater, and played more than ten years in the NHL with several teams, including Vancouver, Nashville, Carolina and Washington.
