Cambridge Break-ins

A Cambridge man was caught by police and arrested early Saturday morning for breaking into a home on a new build site around Dundas St. and Franklin Blvd.

Regional police were patrolling the Cambridge residential area because it’s been the target of several break-ins this past week. Copper wiring was stolen from the homes. The item has been easily accessible, as nobody is currently living in the homes, which are in the process of being built, police say.

The 34-year-old man is charged with three counts of break and enter, possession of stolen property and possession of break and enter tools.
