New affordable housing for Guelph

Guelph is getting over 80 new affordable housing units for low income seniors.
Both the provincial and federal government’s are each contributing almost $5 million.
The total cost of the project is close to $13.7 million.
Ground was broken today on a six storey building that will go up at 400 Edinburgh Road North.
St. Joseph’s Housing Corporation is also contributing to the cost of the project.
The new building should be ready within one year.
