More support for Hundert

A local activist accused as a G-20 violence co-conspirator has had charges against him dropped, and he’s putting in a supportive word for a former local activist still charged.

Julian Ichim is free and isn’t forgetting Wilfrid Laurier grad and activist, Alex Hundert.

The 30-year-old anti poverty activist appeared in provincial court with many of the 19 people co-accused of organizing violence during the summit of world leaders in June, including his fiance, Kelly Pflug-Back of Guelph, and Alex Hundert.

Ichim used some choice expletives speaking to reporters outside the courtroom, to say the ongoing charges against Hundert are wrong.
