Three men charged in the shooting death of a Kitchener woman are to stand trial for first-degree murder.
The committal comes after a month-long preliminary hearing.
Twenty-eight-year-old Nadia Gehl was shot twice while walking to a bus stop near her home.
Her husband, Ron Cyr, and Dennis Zvolensky and Nashat Qahwash, will return to court to set a trial date.
