A Wilmot Township man is charged with sexual assault and sexual interference in connection with alleged offences earlier this month.

Regional Police say the investigation centres around a young female who knows the man but is not a family member.

Police say 72-year-old Roger Cober will appear in court in late November.

Police say the investigation is ongoing and ask anyone who may have any information to contact them.
